Author Guidelines & Publishing Policies

SECTION 01

1. Manuscript Preparation

Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the journal's prescribed template and formatting requirements. Submissions should be original, unpublished, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

SECTION 02

2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journal welcomes the following types of submissions:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Short Communications
• Technical Notes
• Case Studies
• Interdisciplinary Research Papers
SECTION 03

3. Language Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English.
  • Authors are encouraged to proofread their manuscripts before submission.
  • Papers should be concise, coherent, and technically sound.
SECTION 04

4. Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

The manuscript should include:

• Title of the Paper
• Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
• Abstract (150–250 words)
• Keywords (4–6 keywords)
• Introduction
• Literature Review (if applicable)
• Methodology/Materials and Methods
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion
• Acknowledgments (Optional)
• References

Authors must use the journal's prescribed manuscript template for submission.

SECTION 05

5. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract should clearly summarize the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study.
  • Authors should provide 4–6 relevant keywords immediately below the abstract.
SECTION 06

6. Figures, Tables, and Equations

  • All figures and tables must be clearly labeled and numbered consecutively.
  • Images should be of high resolution and suitable for publication.
  • Mathematical equations should be properly formatted and numbered where necessary.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials.

7. Citation and References

  • References must be complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
  • Authors are encouraged to cite recent and relevant literature.
  • The journal follows its prescribed reference style, which will be provided in the manuscript template.

8. Submission Guidelines

Before submission, authors should ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and unpublished.
  • The manuscript falls within the scope of the journal.
  • All authors have approved the submitted version.
  • The manuscript complies with the journal's formatting requirements.
  • Necessary permissions have been obtained for copyrighted materials.

9. Plagiarism Policy

  • The journal maintains a strict policy against plagiarism.
  • Submitted manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening before peer review.
  • Manuscripts containing plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or unethical content may be rejected at any stage of the publication process.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work.

10. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality and integrity.

1. Initial Editorial Screening.
2. Scope and Formatting Verification.
3. Plagiarism Screening.
4. Peer Review by Subject Experts.
5. Editorial Decision: Accept | Minor Revision | Major Revision | Reject
6. Final Acceptance.
7. Copy Editing and Proofreading.
8. Publication in the respective Volume and Issue.
SECTION 11

11. Publication Ethics

Authors are expected to:

  • Submit only original and authentic research.
  • Properly acknowledge the work of others through appropriate citations.
  • Avoid data fabrication, falsification, and unethical research practices.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest where applicable.

The journal adheres to internationally accepted standards of publication ethics.

SECTION 12

12. Authorship Policy

All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to:

  • The conception or design of the work.
  • Data collection, analysis, or interpretation.
  • Preparation and approval of the final manuscript.

Any changes in authorship after submission must be approved by all co-authors and the editorial office.

SECTION 13

13. Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could influence the submitted work. If no conflicts exist, state: "The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest."

SECTION 14

14. Revision Guidelines

  • Authors should address all reviewer comments carefully.
  • Revised manuscripts should clearly indicate the modifications made.
  • Failure to submit revisions within the stipulated time may result in withdrawal of the manuscript from consideration.
SECTION 15

15. Acceptance and Publication

A manuscript will be considered for publication only after:

  • Successful completion of the peer-review process.
  • Compliance with the journal's ethical and formatting requirements.
  • Final approval by the editorial board.

Accepted papers will be published in the appropriate Volume and Issue of the journal.

17. Open Access Policy

The journal is committed to promoting the global dissemination of scholarly knowledge. Published articles may be made available in accordance with the journal's open access and licensing policies.

SECTION 18

18. Retraction and Correction Policy

The journal reserves the right to publish corrections where necessary and retract published articles in cases involving plagiarism, ethical misconduct, or significant errors affecting the integrity of the research. Retractions and corrections will be carried out transparently and in accordance with established publication ethics guidelines.
